Fankil is not a big cat - he's just on 4 kilos, but after half an hour of the angry face (he isn't used to a collar at all), he seemed to adjust to his just fine and could walk and climb in it.
The accuracy isn't 100% down to the foot, but it's good enough to be able to see roughly which side of the house the cat is and that he's not gone too far or onto a road, and would definitely help if he got into a panic.
He went out again today and walked about 1.6 miles, according to the tracker, but didn't go more than about 100 feet from the house. I'd like to have fencing, really, but at the moment we've had to have even the dog fencing down so that the builders can get to everything they need to.
